Soft and chewy. Very tasty. I have bought it several times from other vendors. I love it. Amazon has it for a good price.

Too much added sugar in this product.

There is too much sugar added. Cantaloupe does not need this. I will not get this again. When fruit is dried, it concentrates the sugars already in it, so adding sugar makes these way to sweet. To use this, I will soak it and drain it several times.
