I owned one of these and my dad liked it so much I gave it to him and bought another one for me! These little things are great. They'll scan your car's codes using the universal OBD2 port (located right underneath your steering wheel column) and tell you what's going on with your car. If your check engine light is on and you don't know why, this thing will tell you. You can even clear old codes and turn the check engine light off (don't worry -- if there's a real problem, it'll turn right back on).

This item worked really well! My wife’s check engine light comes on if the gas cap isn’t screwed on all the way, and this product was correct in determining that nothing else additional needed to be fixed and helped us to clear the error. Super useful at home before having to take the vehicle to a shop!

Looks good, have not used it yet. Bought it so when I do need it I will have it.
