One of the most hyped medicine for cat and dog CKD cases. Medicine is available in the US, UK and Singapore, however since I was based out of India I could not get access to this medicine. Tried for help from relatives and friends and was not successful getting the medicine. My dog has been counting her days and since this was the only thing I had not tried I thought even after poor reviews on Amazon let's order and see. Firstly, the delivery took 4 weeks, in which my furry friends values were so much fluctuating day by day... Had given up hopes on the medicine arriving any sooner. Then comes the medicine after 4 weeks, now the most important part to note is that the medicine has to be kept cold at 4 degree Celsius with proper packaging and ice packs, I open the parcel and I see that only the medicine is in the box and it was delivered to me in room temperature condition. My humble request to Amazon is, please stop selling this medicine. With so much hope we order the medicine and for the cost, time of arrival and condition of the packaging it's not worth or recommend.... Very disappointing...

Please do not purchase . Cold chain is not maintained . If cold chain is not maintained the product is not usable .

I also received this package without any ice packs or insulation. This is worrying because the live bacteria that this product relies on to help treat CKD does above 8 degree Celsius. As you can imagine this is a major problem and puts our pets at risk. I hope you fond a solution for thi because we rely on you for this medicines and so do our lil friends.

The small capsules are easy for my dogs and cats to swallow, making it convenient to incorporate them into their daily routine. The formulation seems to be effective in supporting their renal function, which is great for their well-being.

I received this order last month. I found the ice was dissolve and the product cannot used. I complained before but I can't get any results or refund. I will not buy again. I waste my money AUD828

Best product for my dog to keep him healthy

This was delivered and when I went to open the pack I found it was not refrigerated. Tracking info showed it left the warehouse 48 hours prior to delivery...normally this is VERY quick and quite acceptable, but with probiotic that needs to be refrigerated, it didn't work out. I circled the "keep refrigerated" sticker and I am quite sure it won't be re-sold to anyone else. Seller Golda's Kitchen was hassle-free with the return, just required a trip to the post office for drop-off. I wanted to give this a go, but I won't give it to my animal knowing it is potentially spoiled/not effective.
