Do i use it for greenish skin of face

I can't honestly answer this. But I think it should not be an issue.

What is the date for Best before?

Frankly, I didn't bother to see the date of expiry. However, as a matter of habit, I use perfumes, lotions, after shaves, deos in less than 6 months time. I don't have any scientific research paper to substantiate my stand. However, the way flowers lose their fragrance after a few days, any perfume or something similar would lose its fragrance after a few months. It has worked for me in my 64 years of existence!!
