This is an excellent set that provides all the types of scissors a home might need. They are sturdy and of good quality. The floral shears are for household flowers, not garden pruning.

Can't get better. Well made. A feature I like is the spring is hidden so it doesn't get crap on it to clean, great engineering. Sharp does the job well.

These are the best kitchen shears made. They are super sharp, I can spatchcock a chicken using these shears with ease. They are great for removing the underneath shell of a lobster, and deveining shrimp too. When I boil my shrimp like to leave the shell on, but remove the vein, these scissors make that so easy. I have tried other brands of kitchen shears but always come back to Henckel, they make the best knives too. I highly recommend the shears, you will love them.

I purchased these to replace my old pair of shears and they're pretty good. I guess I didn't read the description or reviews well enough because I thought they could be taken apart to clean. It's not a big deal, though, just what I am accustomed to with shears, I guess. They are also a little bit shorter than I thought, but that's my fault for not paying attention to the description. They are sharp and they cut easily with minimal effort. I have several J.A. Henckels products and these, while very affordable, are probably the lowest in quality, but the quality isn't terrible. I do wish I would have spent a little more on a better and more expensive pair, but these will work for me for a while. I have used them several times for various tasks and they have washed well without rusting or becoming damaged in any way. I do hand wash and dry them rather than put them in the dishwasher. It's nice that these include a bottle opener and nutcracker, should you need them, but I haven't used either of those features. For the price, I'm happy with them, but I imagine I will be replacing them in a few years.

A must for hunters. Like the large handle opening for easy use, very sharp and keeps edge. I only use for bagged birds and rabbits, separating joints. Can also use one side for fileting bird breast and cotton tail back straps.

Points and curve great for getting into small spaces. Only negative thing is spring is too heavy duty. It fights against you too hard while using. My hands and forearm muscles are tired after trimming fat off 10 chicken thighs.

I have purchased this for a second time. I use it a lot and they do hold up fairly well. I do not have to sharpen them over and over.

Wide for small hands when open but definitely makes light work of portioning raw or cooked chicken.
