Does it smell? I have asthma and difficulty breathing issues.

Mine had absolutely no smell. It is recommended to let in breathe out of the packaging for 24-48 hours and wash the protective cover. Best pillow ever. I really recommend it.

What size pillow case would be used?

The travel pillow has a removable, washable cover which dries very quickly. It doesn’t need a pillow case.

It is 29cm long by 10 cm across, pillow compresses to approx 1/3 rd of it's size.

Will this pillow adequately replace full size for full night's sleep when on holiday

Hi, it’s half the length of a normal home pillow, but that’s the very reason it’s great to travel with. It’s the best night sleep you’ll get. I take mine wherever I go. It’s such a handy size for traveling. Worth every penny. I would not be without this wee pillow.
