will the schaffer fit an old twist pen with a refill 3 3/4 in long?

I have an older Schaeffer pen and the refill works in mine.

I have a lady Scheaffer twist from the 80's that came with the needle point rose pouch. I already purchased the wrong refill, will this one work?

So far the Shaeffer refills have worked on all my Sheaffer pens including my vintage ones.

need a refill for a thin push type pen. tip to shoulder where it hits spring is 1 1/8".Refill length is 33/4". Can't find. Help?>
