It was working well in the first few days, but after few weeks, It was not rising, I did not keep it in any hot place though the temperature outside was high. Did not contaminate it by any means. Wished I bought a small pack.

I received this yeast through the Vine program and used it for bread, rolls, and pizza dough. It activated quickly and worked consistently every time. I was used to imported yeast. Tried this and it works well. Used it for bread and appam. It is slower acting. You have to leave it a little extra time for it do its job. So plan accordingly. But once it is done, the job is well done.

I love this little can! Its perfect when I travel and I go visit my kids. The Yeast is so much better than the packets I use from the store, The seal-able can keeps it fresh, however this was a little more expensive, but you can tell your paying for quality not quantity. The dough rise was perfect each time I made bread. I will buy again
