Iโve been using the Qettle water filter for 3 years and Iโm really impressed with the product. The customer service is excellent, giving it a 5-star rating. I had a problem with the tap due to forgetting the annual maintenance (my fault), but they still honored the warranty and sent me a new tap. The filter is simple to replace and works well. I highly recommend this to anyone.

Looks like a quality filter
It looks like a quality filter, but it should as its not cheap. I think its worth spending the money as I have now had it in for 5 months and water still running at same force and there is no metallic taste. Worth spending money on the great qettle tap. Also very easy to service with easy to follow you tube videos. Well done qettle
