Can you use with eyelash extensions?

No. It’s for LVL aftercare & natural eyelashes. I wouldn’t put anything on eyelash extensions unless a product was recommended by a professional. When I extensions I only used the little brush twice a day.

No it’s clear so no smudging. Put on before mascara or just by itself
