That didn’t sit right with me—why should Amazon take responsibility for a faulty product? When I contacted Amazon, they told me they couldn’t help and advised me to go back to the manufacturer. After going back and forth for over a week with their customer service (specifically a representative named April), I was told I’d have to wait until they restock before they could even consider replacing the broken part. So they have no problem charging a premium price upfront, but when something goes wrong, you’re stuck waiting indefinitely. I’ve also requested a refund and have received no response. Bottom line: great idea, poor durability, and disappointing customer support. For the price, I expected a product—and a company—that stands behind what they sell. I would not recommend this based on my experience.

I debated on a four or five because there weren’t any directions in the box, but the mirror is sooooo good I had to give it a 5. The tripod is sturdy, lights on every mirror is awesome (and you can adjust the brightness), and the ability to adjust the height and tilt of the mirror is great.
