They connect with 2 phones simultaneously (work and private) Sound quality is good after I found the correct size of ear cushion to stay in ear. Comfort is a bit lacking behind the ear. Not discomfort but I’m reminded that it’s there, but that may just be my ear shape. It does its job flawlessly performance wise.

The first one I ordered had some kind of loose component inside that made this annoying clicking sound. I contacted the company and they sent me a new one in perfect condition for free and it arrived in just a few days. Very grateful for their prompt response! The headset feels good quality, the sound is good quality for speech, not the best for music but that's not what I got it for. No problems with the mic that others have brought to my notice. Decent range, get easy to use, easy volume control, and very good value for what it is. Comfortable to wear for long periods and I can even use while jogging. Long lasting battery. Fits all of my needs.

I have many complaints before the thing ever broke, but the biggest is that you have to press and hold to turn the microphone on and off instead of just clicking or flicking a switch. Then when you do switch the microphone on or off it screams in your ear twice as loud as your call, "MICROPHONE ON / MICROPHONE OFF," so you can't easily mute and unmute your voice in a group call. Absolute garbage.

Not the best headset. Try to get one like the one previous to this one. That one lasted years. Battery was great not so with this one. Not worth the price. And you can't hear that well with this one.

So far this has been great! Mine came fully charged, I used it every morning for an hour and in the evening for an hour for 2 weeks and didn't have to charge it once - HUGE bonus! The ear piece is comfortable and I haven't had issues with it falling out easily (I have pretty small ear holes and a lot of the time other bluetooth headsets have fallen out or hurt because of ill-fit). I love the little charger case, it keeps it safe in my bag making it extra portable. Easy to set up and connect to devices and provides a great range. I can be across the house and still get a signal, even through the brick. High quality at an affordable cost!

I'm conflicted on my views of this product. On one hand the sound quality & audio pickup is very good. I've had zero complaints from others that they can't hear me. The call quality is very clear, as is the music quality. That portion of the design is very good. Also, it fits very well on my ear and is very comfortable. For these I would give the product a 5. On the other hand, after it connects to my phone and if I'm not in a call or listening to music (the device isn't actively being used), it disconnects and reconnects again and again. It's not a matter of not having good reception because it does this if I have the phone a few feet from the headset or in my pocket. When I'm in a call or listening to music, it never disconnects. This design quirk is very annoying. I guess I shouldn't expect much for a $24 headset, but I expected better. I'll keep it and use it, but just make sure I'm listening to music if I'm expecting a call (it works well to pause the music when a call comes in). For these issues, I'd give the product 1 or 2 stars. One thing I wish it had was a status for how charged the headset itself is. The charging case has an LED readout for how charged the case is, but not the headset. So, I'm never sure how charged it is when using it. Another headset I owned previously (which stopped working) switched the LED readout to the headset when it was in the case. And it reported the case charge when the headset was out of the case. Would I purchase this current design again, no. If the issues with connectivity were fixed, I would definitely consider purchasing another.

I don't typically use headphones so I needed something discreet and easy to set up to talk to people and listen to videos/music. I also needed something I could use at work for meetings. I bought these because a coworker uses them and I thought it'd be great to try them. I've been using them for a couple of days and I truly think this is what I needed. The pairing with my phone and work laptop was very quick. Once you learn how to use the buttons it's easy. I've used it the whole day for about a 3 days and I've had to only charge it once a day for about 1 hr and I have good lasting use. I was confused at first how to put it in my ear but that's actually something good because you can change the position of it for your ear. It fits very well and the quality of the call is top notch. My friends and coworkers say that my voice sounds good too (the mic). I truly recommend this product. It comes with its charging base, two extra buds, and a charging cable.

Works but after some weeks the case that holds and charges the headset became loose and it not longer charges unless I use tape to press down the headset into the case. Not durable.

Short battery life but easy to connect. Clearly can hear your caller and speaker works very well too.

Simply great, old style over the ear, sits firmly and would be great for anyone who drives a lot. Crystal clear sound, and long battery life.

worst ever headphone. the Switches, volume rockers everything is cheap. Power switch got permanently seated. No customer service got yet so far. Absolute garbage product
