A MUST HAVE
Really exceeded my expectation in quality and performance. The price is very great and it’s been serving my wife ligtlr business amazing. She used to print the labels with the house ink printer and wow has this made her life easier. It’s simple to use and has worked on roll and individual labels. It prints them out in what seems like a second a piece. Highly recommend.

its ok
decent. a pain to set up fully and the labels aren't rolled like it insists they are in the manual. i recommend splitting them in half and carefully threading them through. You also have to hold the print button down for a while to get the bluetooth key. kinda stupid in my opinion but it is pretty cheap i suppose. Print quality is pretty good for what it is, good for black and white stuff and for labels as it's intended for.

Junk, doesn’t see the paper
Bought it and it doesn’t recognize the paper. I loaded the paper following the video on YouTube and still get the reddish light indicator. My PC doesn’t see the thermal printer, tried a different and know good USB B to A cable but still nothing and used the “latest drivers” from the site. Emailed support and got no response. Don’t buy!!!!!

Really good value for money but unfortunately i haven’t ran out of my other one’s yet so I haven’t actually used them yet but they do seem as though they’re goof quality!

Would not connect to my PC; kept being redirected to a Chinese page asking me to buy a subscription to use the machine. In the end, I gave up and bought a Munbyn label printer, which is brilliant!

Ordered and yet to use, so cannot comment on print quality. But setup was easy and the machine looks well built.
