We have ordered these blinds before (replacing just moved in big box store garbage blinds) and for some private post office philosophy the order was never received. Maybe on its way to the Antarctic where shades are really needed? The vendor stepped in immediately and without a pause (we were willing to wait a week to allow order to magically appear) resent the entire order. This was followed up with a did you get your order email. WOW. Great product and customer service? Could this be a trend and could it please catch on!

These are very nice blinds. They fold nicely when raised. I added blackout fabric for my bedroom shades. Light is filtered well. Look like designer sahde. Great buy!

We recently purchased these blinds for our basement. They look very nice, and my husband seemed to be able to install them without much issue. Would purchase again.
