Are the blades reversible so I would be able to open the plain edge with my left thumb?

I've replaced blades on my other Leatherman and if you have the proper tools it should be reversible or swappable as the thumb hole goes completely thru the blade. Good luck

Does it come with the pocket clip or is that sold separately?

This response is out of date. According to leatherman it should come with the pocket clip. Early stock apparently did not.

Can you wear the sheath horizontally?

Sheath has a belt loop stitched to ride vertical only. It would take a custom modification to stitch a horizontal carry loop onto the sheath. Sheath is 1 3/4” inch wide and could handle it with a narrower belt.

Give Leatherman a call, they will send you out a clip. They took care of me and sent me a clip no questions asked.
