Great Pit - Converted to Natural Gas
Great Fire Pit. Converted to natural gas. I bit of work converting but nothing major - done in 45 minutes. Had an issue with the lid that was dented in shipment. Contacted the seller and they took care of it right away. Great Service. The (now natural gas) pit works great - nice warmth and very easy to use. My only-only-only issue I had, and this was so minor - the natural gas conversion directions were a bit out of date. Called for using a philips screwdriver for philup screws when there aren't any. Been updated to allen screws.

Excellent Fire Pit and Even Better Customer Service
We connected this fire pit to our own natural gas outlet on the rooftop, and it works beautifully! At first, the flame wouldnโt stay on unless we kept holding the knob, but the sellerโs customer service was outstanding. Claire from Baide Home patiently guided us through every step and even arranged replacement parts from overseas at no extra cost. My husband replaced the thermocouple, and it fixed everything โ now the flame burns steady and strong ๐ฅ exactly as it should. If youโre considering this fire pit, I highly recommend it โ not only for the product itself but also for the excellent customer service behind it.

Love this little fire pit. I converted it to natural gas with the supplied conversion kit which was easy to do. And I am really pleased. It works really well and puts out decent heat.

This fire pit is wonderful. Itโs fits our roof deck perfectly . The powder coat finish seems strong and the natural gas conversion is super easy to install.
