Is this useful for "swimmer's hair"?

It would help buildup - but I would get the authentic thing if I were you from the actual store. I bought this after trying samples and it is not the same. Make sure to get a nice deep conditioner with this as it may dry out your hair with too many uses. It’s so worth it though (the samples showed me that)

Is this sulfate free?

Yes it is sulfate free. It has no sls, sles, no parabens, no phthalates.

If I use a small amount, can I use this product every day or would that be bad for my hair?

I use it every day and have no negative results
