This thing is great. Make sure you get the one with the extra push buttons it’s not that much more. I got the one with three buttons, one pager type receiver that clips on your belt and also the AC receiver that plugs into the wall. I can’t tell you enough how good the system is my mother is in a cottage on my property couple hundred feet away but it works the entire 400 foot length of my property it works every time you can change the sounds to more pleasant sound so it’s not startling. I put the AC unit in my living room, and when I go to bed, I put the pager on my windowsill in my bedroom. It’s made a huge difference in me getting my sleep and not worrying about her and she also has the buttons conveniently stuck on her refrigerator door or kitchen down low by her shower and she also wears one around her neck on the lanyard.. she’s only been able to accidentally push it twice which is a pretty good track record for about three months. The batteries don’t seem to discharge very fast they’re still running on the same set of batteries. I would give it more than five stars if I could, and I would buy it again just think about where you want to stick the buttons in addition to having your loved one and wear one on the lanyard. One thing to note is when they wear them on the lanyard there’s a little wall mount that snaps off of the pushbutton assembly that you take off if they’re wearing it on the lanyard. By this, it’s great!

Overall I am satisfied for the price paid. I picked this model because it includes 2 receivers and one is wireless with AAA batteries, meaning I can keep it on my person. It works as described, so I can't criticize too much. For $40 I got 3 call buttons, 2 receivers, batteries and some lanyards. For $40 name brand batteries should be included. To be prudent I spent $10 extra for Duracell batteries (AAA for wireless receiver, 21A for call buttons). Now to the bad. Let's talk about the cheap parts. - "Wall mount" is literally just a small piece of 2 sided tape/putty. Very lame - Volume feels too loud or not loud enough. It works, but I wish the volume was an adjustable dial. - Click button and LED on pagers feels flimsy - Lanyards are very cheap, not sturdy at all - Battery holder and inner PCB also felt cheaply made I'd much rather this product felt well constructed and sturdy, instead the parts feel light weight and flimsy. I don't expect this to last beyond 1 or 2 years, but I guess that's what everything Amazon sells from China is like these days. There really wasn't a lot of good options on the market at this price, so I guess this will work. 4/5 stars

These worked well. The patient was in a bedroom near the back of the house and the elderly caregiver was practically deaf. The alarm was LOUD and the pager end was perfect for a shirt pocket. Money well spent.

My 77 year old mother had a stroke last month and needs help with all daily activities. This product arrived quickly, was easy to open and had good instructions. We were up and running in 5 minutes! The buttons are very easy for her to use and the tones are easy for her caregivers to hear. The pager is especially convenient.

I looked at other pager/receivers and decided on this one for two reasons: 1) Many reviewers said that the pager was able to transmit its signal to the receiver, whether the portable one or the one that plugs into the wall, anywhere in the house even outside. 2) This particular pager uses a 12volt battery while the other pager/receiver I was considering only used two 3volt batteries which means the pager only has 6volts of power to transmit a signal to the receiver. I am very happy with my purchase. I was able to test this pager/receiver throughout the house and to the furthest areas of the front and back yards, and it worked. We have walls and room additions, and the pager was able to transmit a signal to the receiver every time even with doors shut. I really think this product is great for my aging parents and its simple to use right out of the box. The pager is not too big or bulky. My mom wears it all day, every day, and says she even forgets that she's wearing it because it is light. Not at all cumbersome. The batteries work just fine even after all the testing we did. It's just a great product.
