Here’s my review of the Ultrahuman Ring: I have been using the Ultrahuman Ring for a while now, and it has been absolutely brilliant. It has completely transformed the way I understand my health and recovery. The sleep tracking is incredibly precise, helping me to identify patterns and improve my rest. I now wake up feeling refreshed because I can actually see how my habits affect my sleep quality. What impressed me most is its ability to provide an in-depth understanding of my recovery. It doesn’t just give numbers; it explains how my body is responding to daily activities, helping me make better decisions about training and rest. Recently, it even detected early signs of a flu by showing changes in my body metrics before I felt unwell. Overall, the Ultrahuman Ring is a game-changer for anyone serious about their health. I can’t recommend it enough!

très déçu, ne doit servir que pour la marche, dès qu'il y a une pression sur les capteurs de l'anneau ce dernier se déconnecte et impossible de le reconnecter. j'en suis au second qui bug à chaque fois au bout de 10-15 jours. cela n'a jamais été précisé dans l'utilisation quotidienne de l'anneau, je ne recommande pas. sans parlé du support tout en Anglais et qui est très désagréable à utiliser.

Had it for about 2 weeks now and it’s excellent, especially for a refurb. The step tracker seems way off (but I work a manual labour job so that may be skewing results) my phone tracks and average 9-10k steps a day (Apple Watch when I use to have one was the same), the ring has me doing a few 1000 more
