how many cups of dry ingredients will the small and medium sizes old? like flour, sugar, detergent

Hi, Our Medium size holds 18 cups of dry ingredients and the Small holds 14 cups. Large holds 22 cups. Measures are approximate. Thank you.

Do these bins keep bulk, unwrapped candy fresh (gum balls, sweet tarts etc)? If so, how long before things start to go stale/bad? Do scoops come with?

As long as the lid is closed, air circulation is diminished inside the bin. We have not conducted scientific tests on freshness timeframes, however from personal use, I would say unwrapped candy stays fresh for 2 weeks. This bin does not come with a scoop.
