Cavendish & Harvey | Raspberry & Peach Filled Hard Candy Drops | 6 Ounce Tin

I bought these on a whim. My grandmother loves hard candies and I thought it'd be nice to keep some in my car and purse for her. It comes in a lovely, golden colored, metal tin which makes them feel kind of "fancy". I was surprised by the size of the tin, as it is larger than I'd anticipated. (It's bigger than the palm of my hand). The tin itself is very sturdy and has survived several drops. The candies are absolutely delicious! Both flavors taste fresh and bright and have authentic fruit flavors. They have some liquid inside them that adds an exciting burst of flavor. My favorite flavor is peach, although the raspberry is really nice, too. I'm not a big fan of the powdered sugar in the tin, but it was really easy to remove it by using a mesh strainer and tapping until the majority of the powdered sugar was off of the candies. I understand that it's in there to help keep the candies from sticking to each other, but it made a real mess on my black pants the first time I opened the tin. Overall, I really like these candies and they're a huge hit not only with my grandma, but also with my children and friends.

These are the most delicious peach and raspberry hard candies I've ever tried. They'll be on my Buy Again list, for sure.

The two candy flavors that come in this tin are absolutely wonderful! You can’t stop eating them.

They are tasty but very messy. I thought it would be a tin I could keep in my work bag for when I craved something sweet, but there is so much powdered sugar that it gets everywhere when I open it.
