Lights work and look quality. I opted for non-smart RGBW lights due to the many connection and quality issues. These have less complexity and should last longer. Out of 10 lights, there were 4 failures. The Seller sent me 2 but wanted some proof of the other 2 failures. I had a professional install them and had no way to get this "proof". Anyway, am very happy with the speed of shipping, customer service response and replacements.

This low voltage light works well and does a lot. Works nicely on stairs or a wall. When I read that it has so many color options and programmable effects, I assumed it came with a remote. It does not. So that does mean that you need to be able to reach your light in order to change the color. And if you have multiple lights, you'll need to get to each one individually. The colors are changed by pressing a single button repeatedly to cycle through its colors and other effects. That could get to be a drag. Fortunately, the light does remember what color you had it set to when it is turned off and back on again. And don't forget you'll need to hook this up to a low voltage transformer, not included.

This is pretty simple. Connect it to a power source, press the built-in button to change the color or mode. No remote control to lose. Its nice and bright, and i like that I can add a touch of color, though mostly I leave it in "white" mode. It's a really good value.

I installed this light on the stairs up to my treehouse and I really like it for that purpose. This one was mounted at the very top because this one included the swivel and the others did not. The color output is sufficiently bright for where it is located and illuminates the top of the stairs well. Having the color options is just icing on the cake and fun for parties.

An excellent choice to replace The old incandescent 12 V landscape lights with new LED colorful lights. These will work perfectly once I get a mason guy here to help remove the old ones that are concreted into my fire pit wall however, these lights have exactly what I need in order to replace my lights, and with the choice of colors, it will change the whole atmosphere of outdoor entertainment and outdoor living and will save on electricity costs and will offer an assortment of color schemes through the holidays and throughout the summer entertaining season I can’t wait to get them installed. These do not require a separate trans former box they can be incorporated directly into the existing landscape system. I have currently just bringing it to modern times with the LED lights very excited.

Warm white was what I was after, and this versatile, multi-color, multi-mode hardscape light delivers a reasonably warm white light in the 3000K color temperature range. Perfect for my application on a small retaining wall. I won't be using the various color options or transition effects because none of my other hardscape lights are multi-color. But the colors are bright and vibrant, and they can be constant or can change / transition automatically. Pretty cool functionality if that's what you're looking for. I've recently added a few Varmtalys lights to my low voltage system and have been impressed with the quality, especially considering their highly competitive prices.

I'm usually reserved about RGB lighting in fixtures like this because I fear once they're set in mortar then any failure of the chipset is, well, really messy-to-impossible to rectify... but I got this to try out and overall it seems to be equal in quality to anything else on the market (whether "straight" white or RGB) so I'm gonna play around with this for a bit and see how it holds up over long-term use. Having the colours is kinda cool, and like I said the quality is on par with other products on the market.

Like the title says, they're as easy as a few screws to set up. The wires come pre-stripped and soldered. It even comes with two wire nuts to easily connect to the main power. The light itself is bright enough to blind me in the daylight mode. The color modes are basic but bright. I think my only complaint is that there isn't any remote controlling them. You have to go physically press the button to change the light mode.
