I am using this to prevent falling hair. And I found it to be very effective.

Do not use this if you've had a hair transplant. I had mine 6 years ago and I've been using Sebamed and tried this as per my dermatologist recommendation. Literally my hair thinned and fell after the first use. I've since tried 4 times and each time I lose hair which wasn't the case with Sebamed. After a lot of research I found one review on Amazon US of someone else who had the same issue

This isn’t an overnight fix, but with regular use, I saw real improvement in density and overall hair strength. Definitely worth trying if you’re dealing with ongoing shedding or thinning. Would repurchase.
