Dislikes: Unfortunately, I couldn’t use it because the label does not specify whether the Vitamin D3 is a vegan form. The standard (cheaper) cholecalciferol source is lanolin from sheep’s wool, and I’m highly allergic to it. Without that clarity, I can’t risk taking it. At nearly $50, it’s disappointing to lack such an important detail. Overall Recommendation: If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, be cautious. The price is high for something that doesn’t clearly disclose key ingredient sources.

These are made in the US which is always important to me when taking supplements. These go down quick and easy without any unpleasant taste or odor. Rating the effectiveness of a supplement is always a challenge because many of the effects are mild and subjective. These seem to have a mild effect at boosting energy and focus without any jitters. After taking for a week I can report no side effects or complications of any type. I’ll continue to take these since they seem to have some benefit and are somewhat effective at boosting energy levels. Definitely worth a try if you’re looking for something like this.
