Wrong color received twice — very disappointing experience I had ordered the Bombay Shaving Company Trimmer (Green color), but I received a black color trimmer instead. I returned it and requested a replacement, clearly expecting the correct color this time. Unfortunately, the replacement product I received is also black, not green. It’s quite disappointing to face the same issue twice despite following the proper return and replacement process. The trimmer quality is decent, but the seller’s fulfillment and color accuracy are not reliable. I request Amazon and Bombay Shaving Company to ensure the correct product (Green color as ordered) is delivered or provide an option for refund if the selected variant is unavailable.

I ordered Green Color Trimmer. But in the box Black Color Trimmer. So, i disappointment. But, the product is VERY GOOD.

The product is defective. On my first try within the first 10 minutes of use, the motor and blades became very hot, i am not even able to touch it to my skin, i guess manufacturing defect. Uneven cutting for even 5 mm, or 3 mm sizes, leaves many hairs uncut and we need to move it many times. It even made my skin too red, and the blade/extra cutter is of no use, very hard to cut hairs. For me the product was open at delivery. and the plastic of the sizes is too low, its very thin might break anytime.
