I’ve been using the Ultrahuman Ring Air for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed. It’s lightweight, super comfortable (I barely notice it’s there), and the build quality feels premium. What really sets it apart, though, is the depth of insights it gives me. The sleep tracking is spot-on, and the recovery and movement metrics have actually helped me make better choices day-to-day. The app is beautifully designed and easy to understand — it doesn’t just throw data at you, it interprets it in a way that feels actionable. Battery life has been great too; I’m getting almost a week per charge with regular use. I’ve used other fitness rings before, but the Ultrahuman Ring Air feels like a step up — both in comfort and in the quality of feedback. It’s stylish enough to wear all the time, and it’s genuinely motivated me to be more mindful about my health. Highly recommended for anyone looking to upgrade their wellness tracking without compromising on style or comfort!

I can genuinely say that this Smart Ring has changed my life in so many ways. The Ring tracks so many different areas including stress, caffeine intake and its effects, shift work, sunlight exposure, exercise etc. The app is seamless and very well laid out, not only provided the data but giving you real tips and advice on how to make improvements. I do not know if the data displayed is 100% accurate but it gives a baseline to work with and the data then shows trends including body temperature and movement during my sleep. I do not wear my Apple Watch Ultra to bed as it is too bulky and needs charging so the Ring is perfect. Battery lasts around four days, but I charge it when not wearing it for weight lifting to avoid damaging it. The Ring feels super high quality and hasn't yet marked despite continued use in a variety of activities. It is also really light in weight so you don't even notice it and is not bulky. I went for the dark grey titanium colour and it looks and feels more premium than I expected. I got the Ultrahuman X subscription with the Amazon offer and is really worth the extra upgrade for peace of mind, also brings a new feel and look about the app with enhanced features. I had to contact Ultrahuman support via the app to help activate the code and they were really friendly and so fast to respond to message through the chat. Cannot recommend this Ring enough, especially at the price an official refurbished one is on their store through Amazon.

I’ve been using my Ultrahuman Ring Air for just a couple of weeks now and I'm happy to say that I really like it. I like how it works, the insights it provides and the ring itself. The app is very detailed and tracks a lot of information, which I’m still getting used to and learning how to fully understand. Sleep tracking was my main focus and so far it’s been really impressive. The ring itself also does a good job of calculating my steps. I wore my Fitbit alongside it for the first few days to compare the difference and I was pleased with how accurate the ring was. I love the overall design as it’s super sleek and blends nicely with my other jewellery. I’d definitely recommend using the sizing kit before buying. I’m glad I did, as my ring fits well (size 7). My finger does expand and shrink throughout the day, so it can feel slightly loose at some points, but aside from that the overall fit is good and I am able to wear my ring on both my pointer and middle fingers. Overall, I highly recommend buying this! I bought mine during the Black Friday sale, which was a great time to get it as I saved a lot of money in the end!

As a girl with PCOS I did months of extensive research into smart rings that were going to help me with cycle tracking and any stats that could help me manage my symptoms. I've had the ultrahuman for about 10 days now, and I can tell you that it's comfortable, out of sight and full of helpful information. Battery life has been great, only really needed a full charge once. It's giving me helpful sleep insights and caffeine windows which have really improved my days. Still yet to get a full cycle in for all the ovulation/cycle data, but I am enjoying the UX and the information it's been giving me.

I used to have a RingConn ring and was disappointed by the user experience, I had the data but no insights or actions. I moved to Ultrahuman and it has changed my life, the app is amazing, very intuitive and helpful and I enjoy all the plugins. The ring is great, only minor thing is that it needs charging quite often. I like the fact that no subscription is required as well which was the main reason I went for Ultrahuman and not Oura. Overall I’m very satisfied.

UPDATE - After 4 ring replacements with many delays of not having a functioning ring in between and the most a ring replacement that works is around 4-5 weeks before it goes dead. I will be requesting a full refund. Very poor quality rings that simply stop working, their solution is to replace rather than address the poor quality issue. I certainly would not recommend, which is a shame as the app is brilliant and so is the customer service, though you spend a lot of time repeating yourself. The ring came nicely packaged and was very easy to connect to the app. Only used it for 1 day and I am very impressed. The amount of data this thing can create and the analysis it does such as the caffine window for optimum time to have a coffee, sleep, movement and recovery scores are some of the many data sources the app populates. Very easy to use and since using it yesterday I have walked more than I normally wood. I have a Apple Watch Ultra, but this app is so much better it tracks when it knows you are moving around and gives you an option to track it, as the watch does not always pop up to suggest if you are doing a workout. The battery was a bit strange I fully charged it (the charging light went off after flashing) but the app said it was not fully charged. I contacted their support and they promptly sent the latest firmware update directly to the ring, just had to restart the app on my phone and it was then showing the correct batter percentage. Overall it’s brilliant so far, looks very slick, well built and very good value for money even though it is renewed, it looks perfect. Very happy with this purchase (with the free 2 year warranty extension too).

Lightweight, comfortable ring. I really love the sleep monitoring aspect. It validates the reason for my tiredness the following day as it monitors the number of sleep cycles you have and measures it against the optimum level. I also use it to track my menstrual cycle, which is handy so your not using several apps at a time, it’s all in one. Battery life is really good, charger is small and compact and uses normal USB-C.

I’m very impressed with the ring. It’s comfortable and non intrusive, but gives a lot of specific information on health. It’s helped me understand my sleep better and what to work on to improve . Great for all ages, not just gym bunnies ! Edited - we ordered a second one for my husband, it arrived after a slow delivery from India, and didn’t work. After spending an hour or more on chat, it was agreed it was faulty and we needed to return. The return label is for the uk but we have to pay for postage. Consumer law provided us with the rights to claim this postage back but it’s frustrating that we have to go through that process, and I don’t know how easy that will be as the Amazon sellers messaging service chat does not work so I will maybe need to raise an a to a claim. Be aware.

Starting from sizing the Ring prior to getting the ring delivered and connecting to App, all went smoothly.This sizing kit is very useful and easy to use. It includes multiple plastic ring sizers that cover all common sizes, with clear numbers on each ring for easy identification. The quality is excellent, made from durable and comfortable material.

Metrics useful, comfortable, no subscription model and ….. it just works ! Great product. Getting the sizing kit is essential before purchase. I had no idea how much fingers actually change during the day !
