I work at a very old desk, and use a very old wooden chair. This was easy to attach, and I no longer have an aching back. Problem solved. I wish it came in more colours.

Excellent quality and works for me because of my medical condition ... I suffer from a herniated L5/S1 disk and facets at l3 l4 l5 causing nerve root pain ... Not fun at all. I am uncomfortable in most cars that do not provide leg room to extend my legs (6'3") my car does. Back support in most cars leaves you slouched or lumbar option pushed to hard and causes facet pain when arching lower back . His one is just right as in gently supports and conform giving me just 2-3" is more than I need . I test drove them several times last couples days after I received them. They provide a gentle soft support that forms to the lower back ... I already have sports seats in my BMW, but felt that I needed that extra lumbar support . I tried the other very popular on Amazon selling for less ( good quality but firm ...too firm for me ) it's a good one too, and my daughter uses it now in her car . I am being very specific as you may have s similar back issue or you wouldn't be reading this ! The elastic is adjustable and comes with an extension ( didn't need it for my seat ) .. A trick that may be obvious to some ...after attaching the strap on the back, lower the strap as low as you can on the seat back almost at the bottom that meets the seat bottom ... Making the pillow conform better to seat vs sitting far and being pushed forward by your car seat lateral support ( you will understand better when you try it ):) All in all a good choice for my painful condition,

I bought the grey one, looks fine. I don’t have any significant back problems but the seat adjuster is broken in my work truck so I needed something to help with posture and position. This is not too firm, not too squishy just very comfortable. The extension really helps for fitting it to the seat. But you may have to go back and tighten it after initial use. Otherwise it goes from barely fitting to sliding back and forth out of position. It may be better for extended driving. I’m in and out all day, so it’s kinda a nuisance to get it just right. The fabric also catches on my clothes so that drags it sideways a lot. But I’m getting used to it and while I would have preferred a more seamless experience, I have definitely noticed a difference in comfort and posture while driving and throughout the day. If it helps I’m about 185lbs and 5’7” with fullness in the back. Someone slimmer might not have to fuss with it as much, but then it might not feel as supportive either? Update: Been using it for about a month and still love it! All the initial kinks are worked out and I swear my posture has improved. It holds up. I have to reposition occasionally but its not the nuisance I thought it would be. It’s extremely comfortable!!! Update: This gets better with use. It doesn’t bother me anymore. I just got used it to it dragging a little. It holds up! I need it, so I’m happy to adjust.
