As someone who has used various forms of Shilajit, including the traditional raw resins, I was interested to see how a high-dose capsule like the Nutricost Shilajit (1,000mg) would compare in terms of convenience and efficacy. After a consistent 30-day trial, I found that these capsules offer a significant advantage for those who want the benefits of Fulvic acid without the "earthy" preparation time of a resin. Potency & Dosing: With 1,000mg per serving, this is one of the more potent encapsulated options on the market. I appreciate that Nutricost provides a standardized extract, which ensures you're getting a consistent amount of trace minerals in every dose. Unlike resins, where the "pea-sized" measurement can be subjective, these capsules offer total precision. I’ve noticed a steady maintenance of my energy levels throughout the day, particularly during morning tasks that require high cognitive focus. Quality & Digestion: The capsules are easy to swallow and, most importantly, have zero aftertaste—a huge plus for those who struggle with the pungent flavor of raw Shilajit. I’ve been taking them with my first meal of the day and haven't experienced any digestive sensitivity. The bottle arrived well-sealed, and the 120-capsule count provides an excellent value for a four-month supply at the recommended dosage. Final Verdict: If you are looking for the metabolic and energy support of Shilajit but need a travel-friendly, mess-free format, Nutricost has delivered a top-tier product. It’s a clean, reliable, and highly convenient way to keep this ancient mineral complex in your daily wellness stack.

Excelente produto
