Could I connect this to a splitter and power multiple 12v electronics?

Yes you can. We suggest to run the power under 80% capacity when full load. So in general,for our 12V 6A power supply,it's better to power devices under 12V 4.8A 96W. You should make sure the total power of your multiple 12v electronics isn't exceed 12V 96W.
