I use this product all the time--great for those who need to limit carbs, are diabetic or on keto diet. Flavor very close to regular brown sugar, no aftertaste. Bakes and carmelizes like regular cane brown sugar--same carmel-like flavor and color. Just know allulose browns quicker, so need to watch it when baking. Less expensive than other monkfruit/allulose sweeteners out there.

Nice flavor and no aftertaste! Only thing I would say is it’s not as sweet as regular sugar so I have to use a little more than usual. Price is also expensive, but it doesn’t give me GI issues so I will be ordering again!
