As long as I can remember you need to add a loop to the back.

Would i be able to remove this and plant it on a driftwood piece that i have?

Yes. All the mounted orchids I've received from this seller appear to be freshly mounted - there are no roots grown into the mount so you can just untie \ clip the fishing wire holding the moss and plant to the board to easily remove the plant.

How many leaves do the Oncidium's plants have, will they have at least 7 ?

No. They're too tiny to have 7 leaves
