I have used this quite a bit turns my I phone into a big screen through the HDMI port , I plug a usb charging cable in one of the ports can watch prime all day long

I use a KVM switch to transition between my work and home laptops. Mostly because I do a lot of music creation on my home laptop, so it has a lot of accessories tied to it that are not easy to transition to my work computer as well. And it is a pain to switch the monitor, keyboard/mouse, and webcam between the two. The KVM has a USB-3 connector, but my work laptop uses USB-C. This little dongle is perfect for connecting my work computer as it not only gives me the USB-C adapter, but it also provides an HDMI and USB-C as well. My work laptop is a Lenovo Think Pad that has just as single USB-C port on either side. This adaptor is fantastic for giving me a little more flexibility not just when I am at home, but when I go to the office as well. The Thinkpad comes with a similar adaptor, but it doesn’t have the additional USB-C which I find is incredibly useful. Especially when I need to hook to external cameras or storage devices. Overall, this is a neat little accessory to my workflow and feels and looks high quality to boot!
