Looks like you want to make a motorized robot chassis kind of thing. For that purpose, you will need to wire two motors each in parallel to make two sets of two motors for driving each side of the chassis. You need not control all four motors individually. The two motors which were wired earlier in parallel connection will get connected to either of the output terminals of the board and the same will be done with the other set of motors.

does this interface with raspberry pi b+?

Yes it does, It is not specific to Arduino or Pi. it will work if you give the right code, irrespective of what board you use.

I need 14.5Amp becoz my motor is 350watt and 24v so can i use 2A motor driver more than 7 to join in series/parallel to get that much Amp??

Its possible with only single motore driver if you use properly control the motor power supply circuit there is a no requirment 7 drives
