Good for resistance bands / pull up assist
I picked these up to run over my rafter and use as a pull up assist and resistance band station. The first set I received one had some significant fraying but were exchange without a problem and replaced with a good set still going strong.

Does what I need it to do. I only use one strap to attach to a pole or weights and it works fine. It's a bit overpriced. I would recommend just buying a nylon strap locally.
