Love this large heat press. A fraction of the price of the more expensive that I have purchased with ongoing problems. Pops open with easy. Slides out. Warms up pretty quickly. Love it!

I am loving it! I've only had it for a few weeks but was able to larger size hoodies more easy than my 15x15. The pull out lower platen is a huge plus. It heats up fine. I love that it came with covers for upper & lower platen! Downside: no sound when it hits the temp i set it to and it's hard to adjust the pressure knob to the correct pressure.

I own a business and use this press daily. It was a replacement for one whose motor finally died after a year of daily use. It heated evenly for my team and while we learned some items just don’t respond well to being pressed with this machine, over a smaller one, we still loved it. Until the pull out tray fell off. When we were troubleshooting, we found that the guards that keep the tray from coming off the rails were plastic. Plastic squares to keep a very heavy metal tray that someone is holding from falling on their legs or feet. Seems silly that they wouldn’t be metal squares that were welded on especially because of what they are for. This is the second of this press we’ve bought (of 4 so far) that this has happened to, so the replacement for this one will most likely be a different brand to hopefully keep this from happening a 3rd time. Edit: the manufacturer sent replacement brackets and we were back in business!

I wanted a larger table model so I wouldn’t have to worry about large prints. Heated up 300 degrees in about 20 min. Takes close to 1.5 hour to cool alllll the way off! The covers are cushion and will make a difference. Because it’s a little larger you have to find a little more pressure to close . Be mindful when opening it pops up when you open it. Note: Have a strong back/core or a friend to help you!
