Does this work for dark circles?

It’s supposed to but did little for mine.

Does it help in extreme dark circles? If not, any other suggestions please.

It reduces the puffiness which reduces the dark circles. I use this and wait about 20 min. and then apply concealer and it does a good job of hiding the darkness.

Is this product oil free?

This works great. Not oily at all
