Will a 16-20MM band with work with this watch? Looking to replace the band.

20mm will work for sure, the watch has 20mm lugs. I used a NATO strap with mine in this width.

The black case is plactic or metallic?

In case I want to have a different color band, how can I look for it, and is it easily replaced in case I want to use a different band each day?

Search for "20mm band". That is the width of the original band due to the lug spacing of the watch. You *might* get away with an 18mm band but just stick with the original size so the band fills out the space between the watch lugs.Also pick up a "spring bar tool" to take off the old band.
