If you did have extra flex packs could you attach them in beyond the (10-10-5) ?

I think you can add one Flex pack, but no more that that.

The length does not allow me to fully extend my arms. How do you adjust the length?

You can locate the handgrip so each arm can get full extension independently. Please check out our 197 exercise and 60 workout videos on the OYO Fitness Channel on YouTube.

Is this effective enough for biceps and triceps?

As for me - more than enough. If your aim is like weights lifting - not sufficient, if maintenance - like in my case - fine

Are you ever going to make a 25 lbs resistance pack, or 20? The 25 included is just not enough for many of these exercises.

The OYO Gym is designed for up to 25lbs of resistance in each hand, yet only weighs 2lbs and folds up to go anywhere.
