I would recommend this cleaner. At first I was not happy with its cleaning power. However, each time I use it, I noticed my tiles appeared cleaner than the time before. Now my tiles are noticeably cleaner. I had discolored tiles by my stove. I tried different cleaners, with little or no difference. Today I noticed the stain is disappearing. My tiles look almost new and I am sure after a few more cleanings, they will look new. There is no scent, easy to use, fewer streaks (I bet if I stayed off the tiles until dry, there would be no streaks.), and apparently gentle. Nothing works as well as getting on your hands and knees for a deep clean. For in between deep cleans, I use my swifter and a spray bottle. It does a great job. Sometimes I spray water on afterwards, and the tiles seem brighter. It takes a bit longer to dry when following up with water.

Having tried a number of other floor cleaners, this Black Diamond cleaner has provided the best results for me. Vacuum/dry mop the floors before the application, and check intermittently to ensure the mop head is clean/free of debris etc., ensures the best results. Followed the mixing instructions as stated on the container, mopped the granite bathroom and tile floors with this cleaner, then left them to air dry. Floors and tiles become shiny, streak-free and non-slippery.

I started using this Black Diamond Stoneworks concentrate on our bathroom, kitchen, utility room, and patio tiles, and it’s been outstanding. I have used different cleaners over the years and I am a little hesitant to try something new and get the same disappointing results. This one surprised me. I mixed it with about 15 oz to 1 gallon of water due to the tile I was trying to clean. I poured that into a spray bottle and sprayed down the bathroom floor. I waited about 30 min and came back to start cleaning. At first I was thinking this is OK. I had wet down a small towel and was wiping down the floor with warm water. I took a scrub brush to the gout and it was coming clean. I was thinking that this stuff seems to work. I am very pleased with the results. This and some elbow grease did the trick. I recommend this product.
