I've been baking fruitcakes for many years now using an old family recipe. I've tried many of the other brands of candied fruit and for my money I go for the best quality and for me that's the Paradise Brand. It's number one quality and if you want to have the best flavored fruit cakes you gotta use the best quality ingredients.. My fruit cakes are always the best and everyone loves them.
