Bought for my inlaws to take to Morrocco as their phone didnt support Esims and it worked great and hassle free. Sim card was set up in the UK and the internet connected fine and at a good speed in Agadir. Would recommend

Data only sim - which is more or less all you need nowadays, plug it in and change the APN to lovemobiledata.com (lower case) and power off, then on, the phone/tablet. I had to call the customer service as I only restarted the phones each time. Anyway - works a treat in UK so far, (uses 3 / Vodaphone) will test Philippines on arrival and let you know. (uses Globe) Very reassuring to have a sim/phone ready for arrival at the destination. . Worked on arrival in Philippines and would like another but price has gone up.

Works well. the speed in the uk is very good too. if it could a bit cheaper, then it is perfect.

This SIM Card has been something of a mixed experience. It worked perfectly well in New Delhi, and it worked perfectly well in Kerala. When I arrived in Chennai, it became almost unusable. On occasion, I'd get brief moments of usability, but more often than not, it was entirely unusable. Sure, in theory I could connect with E -- but it was so slow that I couldn't use Google Maps or really any other website. Customer care contacted me, but they tried to blame me for the problem. Really? I was able to get it to work in two other parts of India, but when it stopped being even remotely usable in a third part of India, it's suddenly my fault -- or my mobile's? Not a good approach to take. Here's a hint: when people are already annoyed, don't insult their intelligence or try to blame them for faulty service. I spend several months of the year travelling. I've never had an issue like this before with any other SIM Card I've used.

Great service, there was as an issues with one of the two cards and it was resolved very quick, both card work when we were in morocco, will buy again,

This review is based on use of the LoveMobile SIM in Marrakesh and not in any other location. While the SIM did connect to a local network the performance was awful - both slow and poor coverage. I would NOT recommend the SIM for this setting, though it did just about work. As it happened, I took the precaution of picking up a local "unlimited" SIM at the Marrakesh airport and soon switched to this. It was MUCH better - it provided (on a different network) both better connectivity and better speed. It was also MUCH CHEAPER! In future, I will probably load a small data pack to the Love Mobile SIM as a precaution ahead of travel (it is good that it works both at home in the UK and in the destination) BUT will aim to pick up a SIM at the airport where I arrive.
