First off, the flavor of this cheese is phenomenal. I made a big batch of venison summer sausage and this sent it over the top! It was easy to use, easy to mix and you NEED to try this. 100% recommend.

I bought these while living off grid because I had very limited refrigeration. The flavor is fantastic! I was impressed with the quality of cheese that was unrefrigerated.*Note: because it is designed for high heat, it was hard to get it to melt onto sauce or onto breads, etc. It will eventually, but it takes a long time. Definitely designed to go inside raw meats or oven baked goods.
