Yum! I baked these and had them with my own mashed potatoes and gravy. They were sweet but I didn't find them overly so. My daughter loved them too. I'll definitely buy again.

Speldhurst food

These Speldhurst sausages are amongst the best I've eaten. They cook soooooooo well developing that sticky gooey outer that is just the bomb. I love these as they save me caramelising onions for an hour. Yum.

I used these twice. The first time I cut the casing off and used them in a hash. They were great in that, adding a lot of flavour to the dish. There were two left over that I ended up having with some pasta for a quick tea and they were so sweet. Even just eating two they were a bit of a challenge to get through. I would consider getting them again if I wanted sausages for another hash or some kind of casserole but on their own they are just way too sweet.

Let's start with the good points: tasty, smell lovely. Colour really well. The trick is not to cook on too high a heat too fast. Bad points: just one. Been buying these for a long time, but lately they've shrunk.. alot smaller for the same price

I am not a cooking guy but these sausages seem to go well with the dishes or ingredients i tried. For instance I made them in one of those George Foreman grills (cook them longer than you believe they need to be grilled and turn constantly to cook all sides) and ate them with salad and baked potatoes and they were fantastic.
