The strap is on the big side and might be too big for less than a 30” waist. The ability to walk about while the cold lessens the nerve pain and inflammation is great. I shouldn’t bought two of these so I can alternate while the other one is back in the freezer.

Well made item with a long fabric belt to fit almost any frame. I have a chronic lower back problem, and a physio advised me that an ice pack would help. I put it in the freezer for an hour or two, and after juts 2 or 3 uses, I could already feel the benefit Recommended.
