Great taste with easy mixing and great nutrition values

Mixes very well never any lumps I use 2 scoops with 300ml water. Far too sweet for my taste buds, very yellow. In terms of gains can’t be sure to early to say yet I do weights 5 days a week, will compare once the tub is gone, I usually use ON Gold standard which has a less sweet taste but doesn’t mix as well as this.

The banana flavour is quite unpleasant and is very bright yellow. Most unnatural and very disappointing.

Very good protein. You've got 4 different types of protein fast and slow so the body uses all of it and nun goes to waste then just like whey on its own.

Taste no good

Tub arrives tonight, opened it up to a half full tub ! Apparently there is 76 servings, I'll be lucky to get 30 odd. Not impressed at all.

Nice flavor and taste.. good with oatmeal
