When I was going to buy this lighter, I must admit I was weary of the bad reviews out there, even after I realized that most of those reviews were actually about a different lighter than this, as it can be seen in a few video clips. I waited a week or so and decided to write my honest opinion. So far did not have any problem with it. It looks and feels premium. It feels it has a good weight in my hands as opposed other light cheap plastic ones I had previously, since this one is made of metal. It lights up promptly and it looks elegant and I really like it. So far I am happy with it. I hope your experience is the same as mine. UPDATE: 7 months later the lighter is still very good. This has become my dependable lighter. It works great with NO issues so far. I will update later if anything changes.

​I’ve put this lighter through its paces over the last week and it hasn't missed a beat. The ignition is easy and the flame is consistent. It’s an inexpensive piece of gear that performs like something much pricier. The bright yellow finish is a huge plus—it stands out on a table and is easy to track down if a friend tries to pocket it. This torch has been used daily, with no problems. Better than any other cheap torch lighter I’ve owned, and I’ve had several. I smoke fat cigars, and appreciate the cigar rest groove. Only downside is, I have to fill it up every time I plan to smoke away from home. The butane tank is kinda small…
