I’ve been using the True Sea Moss 5-in-1, and I’m honestly impressed by how noticeable the benefits have been for me. First, my acne, which normally flares up badly, has completely calmed down. That alone was huge for me, but what really surprised me was my energy level. I usually feel exhausted and unmotivated by noon, but after taking this consistently, I had steady energy throughout the day and actually felt fine continuing my tasks without crashing. The taste is really enjoyable, which makes it easy to take daily. I also ordered another flavor from them, and I’ve been doing one spoonful of this flavor and one spoonful of the other, which I love. Another unexpected benefit was my hair. It feels noticeably smoother, softer, and honestly a bit fuller. I can feel the difference just running my fingers through it. If something can calm my acne and improve my energy and hair this noticeably, I’m excited to see how continued use supports my health long term. Definitely sticking with this.

I’ve been taking this for 1.5 years, and this is My favorite sea moss. Good quality and taste. I can tell the difference when I don’t take it. Helps with digestion, bloating, and I notice my skin is smoother and brighter.

I’ve been adding this seamoss gel to smoothies and tea for the past week and I like the texture and mild taste. It blends really easily and doesn’t have that strong ocean flavor some brands do. I’ve been trying to add more mineral-rich foods to my routine and this feels like a convenient way to do it. Shipping was quick and the jar was sealed well. Overall I’m happy with the quality and would purchase again.

OK, so I didn’t think I was going to have any noticeable benefit from this for a while. Instead, instant energy. I don’t recommend taking this in the evening - I have done this and I had trouble sleeping. I looked on the bottle to see if there was caffeine added to this. I noticed a boost to my energy and mood within minutes. I notice the same with caffeine and my body tends to be very sensitive. But this is a different kind of energy and mental clarity. All very positive. Couple of things I noticed too, my tummy doesn’t feel the greatest when taking it on an empty stomach. Though I do like the benefit of taking it in the morning so I think I will tolerate the low grade discomfort. It’s like taking a vitamin on an empty stomach. But not quite as severe. The benefit seems to outweigh the mild discomfort that really is very momentary. I noticed a reduced craving for carbs. More satiety in the late morning when I usually start to become ravenous as I am intermittent fasting. All in all, more benefits than I expected from the start. It’s expensive, so I’m glad it’s working, but then now I feel like darn it, almost didn’t want it to work because it’s costly 😂. I have the mango flavor. It’s just OK. I wouldn’t say it’s yummy. Some people really rave about the taste. I didn’t expect it to be delicious. And it isn’t. But it is doable. I will try the mango/pineapple next time. I don’t love that the price is different for different flavors. I don’t think that’s ethical. All in all, something very good is happening here. And I will keep taking it to see if the benefits are really worth the cost long-term. But short term, I already see some true benefits.

Excellent packaging, strawberry is very good and the health benefits are noticeable. I also love the soursop seamoss. I told my best friends about TrueSeaMoss and they are regular customers as well. :)

This is only the second brand of sea moss I have tried. I was originally using a local brand that very much had a gel like texture and I loved it. I decided to give this brand a try during prime week when it was a little cheaper. I bought the pineapple and mango flavor. The flavor is great with no bad aftertaste. Easy to use. I just grab a clean spoon every morning and take as the first supplement of my day. The texture is much more runny than gel though. It does begin to drip off of my spoon after I scoop it. I do enjoy the benefits of sea moss. Personally, I have noticed better digestion and immune system support. I like that it contains many essential nutrients for the body. I might try a different flavor and see if the texture is any different. It is not a cheap habit, so I will continue to see if I notice any additional benefits.

it reached contaminated the lid has brown stuff and it smelled and tasted badly . i tried to return it it was not allowed i talked to amazone and they said they will refund but they didnt horrible experience very bad

Please do not buy this. It came spoiled and molded. They won’t accept returns so you’re stuck with a product that belongs in the trash. So disappointed as Its not a cheap product. Will never purchase from them again.
