Do this product covers grey strand hair pretty well?

This product works great on relaxed hair. If you have natural hair not so much. That has been my experience.

How is this applied, do I need to purchase another product to achieve desired effect, & about how many applications will I get for shoulder length?

It was applied after washing set for 35 minutes then rinsed out. No need for any other product. I have shoulders length hair used half a bottle with great results. Also enchanted the shine of my hair.
