much nicer than chemical filtration with tablets
Used it on tap and mountain stream water in Nepal, worked perfectly fine. For me the water flow was a bit slow at first, but after you get used to refilling routine it's amazingly convenient. it fits great in a side pocket of backpack so its easily on hand on the trek.

My ideal filter for hiking and backpacking
Works great filter water on a hike! Love that you can either attach as a squeeze filter to your bottle directly, or as a gravity system using the included bladder. Also love Sawyer for all the great work they do in getting clean water to people in need around the globe.

Durable, reliable, easy to use, charitable company
Great combo, durable, worked flawlessly on my 3 week A.T. hike. The piece of mind was worth the extra cost and few oz. to me. It was also nice to have the extra storage capacity when needed. I also like the charity work Sawyer does with their filters where clean water is not easy to get.

not much to say but it was worth my money
works as intended and advertised does not remove chemicals/pollution/heavy metals (lead etc) do please store it above freezing temperatures or you will ruin it light vinegar/water mix can stave off mold and calcium buildup clean it and clean it well NOT just when it starts to badly clog

Best on the market
Best water filtration system on the market. I backpack and hike all summer and would never go without my Sawyer. I only bought a new one because my older ones are the kind with ends that don’t screw on receiving bottles - they just end in an outflow tube and you have to aim the flow into a receiving bottle. Forget that! Here you screw your smart water bottle onto the receiving end and no aiming needed. The other mistake I made is getting a cheap knockoff pouch instead of a real Sawyer (made by Cnoc) or Cnoc. It makes a difference. These last forever.

Same old Sawyer, trustworthy
Had the Sawyer squeeze years using a Cnoc bag so decided to go with this as a back for when I'm no longer confident in the one I bought ooh, 10+ year ago (all without any incident) many on the market but I don't fix what isn't broken, just ensure ive got another one ready. I trust Sawyer and the bag is the same as the cnoc with different decals. Happy

Great quality, would buy again
Really good quality. The bag doesn't feel like it's going to rip, seems like it's made from a pretty good material. Cokes with all the accessories including a backslash syringe
