Great little powerful thing. I’ve seen experts use these sort of tools but this is just outstanding. I’ve suffered from tight hamstrings for over a year. I’ve done physiotherapy, needling, electro therapy and though it helps, the moment get back to my daily routine takes me back to square one. This helps a lot and releases the tension where I need it, no guessing, or explaining, just rest it on the spot and work it. It’s not magic but sure does the trick for me.
